Epiphone Thunderbird Classic-IV Pro Bass

The classic Thunderbird bass has been updated with two Gibson TB Plus humbuckers with ceramic magnets, but keeps its original 60s styling and features. It has a classic style 3-point adjustable Flush-Mount bridge and 20 medium-jumbo frets. There’s a through neck of 7-ply mahogany/walnut and mahogany body wings, plus a 1960s rounded bass profile and rosewood fingerboard with pearloid dot inlays

The original Thunderbird IV was first introduced in 1963 and has been used by artists such as The Who, Kings of Leon, Cheap Trick, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Steely Dan and Nikki Sixx. The radical design is by legendary automotive designer Ray Dietrich, who was asked to put a new twist on solidbody guitars and basses.
