You The Living use a railway bridge and train sounds in Camden, North London, as instruments on some of their recordings. They discovered that a piece of metal on the bridge can be played as percussion, and combines well with train noises from the Pendolino and other trains that pass under the bridge. These sounds create both beats and atmosphere in their post-punk, darkwave, electronic music.
