The Epiphone Dot is a version of the classic semi-hollowbody ES-335 “Dot” from 1958 - named in reference to its simple “Dot” fingerboard inlays. This new model is designed for sustain and resonance and comes with tones that are great for blues, rock, country and pop, at an affordable price. It features an Alnico Classic Humbucker and an Alnico Classic Plus Humbucker and has a laminated maple body and top, mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard. There is also a Royale version in Pearl White finish, with gold sparkle binding and gold hardware, and a Dot Studio model made of laminated mahogany, with open coil Alnico Classic Humbuckers.
