The Eclipse II has a special thin “u” neck design for faster playing, a mahogany neck and body, maple top and ebony fingerboard. It’s 22 fret with active humbucking pickups for plenty of rock action and the Gotoh Magnum locking tuners make sure the strings stay in place during heavy playing.
