These include include the Scarlett, Saffire and RedNet audio interface ranges, ISA Channel Strips, and Scarlett and Midnight EQ and Compression software. Focusrite was created in 1985, when console design legend Rupert Neve was approached by Sir George Martin to create new modules for the AIR Studios consoles. Focusrite kit has been used for recordings by Ed Sheeran, Tiffany Monique, Ninja Tune artist DELS, Kerry Leatham, Rafa Sardina, Kimberly Thompson and Benedetto ‘Nino’ Caccavale, the London Symphony Orchestra and Sulpher. The company is based near London and has won the Queen’s Award for Enterprise twice.
