The Fender Bassman is a bass amplifier first introduced in 1952, which has also become popular as a guitar amp. There are rare vintage models around, as well as a new ‘59 Reissue, which has 45 watts of power. With four 10” speakers, it can pack quite a punch. Known for its easy-to-use functionality and reliability, it offers touch-sensitive dynamics, a full-frequency response and a characteristic deep, warm tone.
